Platte Valley Replacement Hospital

Project Details: Performed electrical construction services for new construction of the buildings, including core and shell, and tenant finish. This project called for new “green field” construction of a hospital, located on 50-acres within the planned community of Bromley Park, to replace the old Brighton facility. The project consists of two, 3-story buildings with more than 287,301 square feet on the new campus, which is nearly three times the size of the original facility.

The buildings include a 98-bed patient tower, and a diagnostics and treatment building. Design of the full campus provides future build-out potential of six stories and 300 beds, which would make PVMC a full-scale regional medical center. Facility is LEED certified, constructed using LEED principles, which are inherent in the design of the facility.
