Poudre Valley - Medical Center of the Rockies

Project Details: Scope of work at this location included preconstruction services on 91 acres of land for new construction of a 570,000 square foot hospital and central utility plant. Site work was also completed.

The project consisted of ground up LEED and Energy Star certified construction with central utility plant and site work for a five-floor, 134-bed, regional hospital.  Special technological features were included.

The two five-story patient towers are joined by an open atrium with walls covered in native sandstone, a four-story curtain wall and a skylight. 

Project Received 2007 Bronze Award - ACE Award Project of the Year (Over $10 Million) Subcontractor and LEED Gold Certification from the USGBC.
